However, the air conditioning was barely functional, making it very difficult to sleep in the mid-July temperatures. The service was exceptional, especially Konstantin, who was very pleasant and helpful during my stay. The location, while providing a quieter escape from the city center, was on a busy street hosting foreign embassies, and lacked nearby dining options.
